George Emmanouilidis studied Agriculture, but technology won him over. It has international certifications and extensive experience in installing, maintaining and upgrading programs and applications, networks, operating systems, hardware and software.

He has experience in major multinational companies in training and supporting customers in software programs, technological products and services. He has a customer-centric approach and his main goal is the achievement of long-lasting mutually beneficial partnerships with all his clients.

George’s main responsibilities are the evaluation and optimization of computer systems in the partnering Greek and Cypriot pharmacies of Pharmacy2020, as well as the installation, support and training of users in the PharmacyBrain software.

His priority is to provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, prompt query resolution and reliable as well as technologically in-depth guidance. His main characteristics are patience, perseverance, politeness and ingenuity.
